Handling time:
For diamonds, we ship your order on the same day it's placed and deliver it to you within 1 to 10 days. If you need it faster, we offer expedited shipping options. As for our jewelry, we carefully inspect each piece before we ship it out to ensure it's perfect. If we find any tiny issues, we'll fix them by recycling the gold and starting over. We're serious about quality! Depending on how intricate the item is and how long it takes to make, our jewelry typically ships out in one to two weeks.
Shipping Times:
We use USPS, FedEx Priority Express, or DHL Express for shipping, depending on their pickup schedule. Here's what you can expect in terms of shipping times:
- North America: 1 to 10 business days with USPS.
- Europe: 1 to 15 business days with Economy shipping.
- Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 1 to 15 business days with Economy shipping. If you need your order faster, we offer Expedited shipping for an extra $50, but it's free if your order is above $600, no matter where you are in the world.
